How do I cancel my Bally Total Fitness membership?

I have signed up for a Bally Total Fitness membership (w/o contract due to the summer specials), and I've been unemployed for a while so I couldn't go. then I tried cancelling in up in the desk, but they said I have to mail to the headquarters saying why I want to cancel.

At the bottom is the question: How do I contact Member Services by e-mail? Inside should be a link that says "contact form". Put your information in there, tell them you were on a month-to-month with no "contract" and want to cancel your membership.How do I cancel my Bally Total Fitness membership?with out contract should mean that at end of peroid you are cancled but if you gave them you bank number you may want to close you bank account or charge back and auto with draws and make a AHC block they will get the hint. I would also mail headquarters I been think of joing a gym my south I dont like the auto with draw meathe.
