Is there any other place like 24 hour fitness that allow people under 18 to come in?

I intended to go to 24 hr fitness near my house( Orange County) but they don't allow people under 18 to go in.( I'm 16) Is there any other fitness center in Orange County that allow people under 18 to go in ???Is there any other place like 24 hour fitness that allow people under 18 to come in?Due to insurance rules (yes, a gym carries liability insurance) you're not going to find many gyms that allow 16 year olds.
