Just how would a marine know anything about an Air Force PT test ?
Yea, I guess the Air Force just hates cold or hot weather,
Thats why they have bases like Loring AFB in Maine, Grand Forks AFB in North Dakota, FE warren in Wyoming, Minot in SD,
Or Anderson AFB in Guam, Eglin AFB in Fla, KIRTLAND AFB NM .
And marines have those extreme weather bases like Camp Lejeune, or 29 Palms. yea gets real cold or hot at those.yea right.
And the Army has those extreme weather bases up north in kentucky or way down south in georgia.

Because the AF PT is pathetic and the Marine was implying also that he's tougher than them and that their physical training is a joke.
I wouldn't let that discourage you from joining the AF though, since that's what you wanna do. Sounds to me like it as a joke but it also sounds to me there are alot of AF haters on here. ALL branches of the military have an impt role in protecting our country. No one branch could do it alone. Yes some branches are more on the front lines while some are further back...but what do you expect? To land jets in the middle of the war? The jets are stored miles upon miles away and those very impt ppl who fly and service those jets are also miles upon miles away. Air Force don't run in the rain.
They don't run if it is too hot or too cold.
They don't run if the ground is uneven. (Seriously, they won't run on gravel roads or off road because they are scared someone will twist an ankle or trip and fall.)
Wow ...a bunch of winner answers here....comedians....i'll admit our PT isn't anything like the other branches.....but what's even funnier....is that i've worked with alot of soldiers...that are simply overweight....actually at this FOB that i'm at...never in my life have i seen so many FAT BODIES.......i'm AF....working an ARMY mission...i've been here for almost 1yr...yeah we might not have a great PT plan....but atleast we're not in the FAT KID line at the chow hall.................**** you guys have probably never step foot outside the U.S....trying to answer this question like you've actually been in the service before....CIVILIAN PUKE....
