How can i gain the fitness level i used to have?

i used to be very active and was a competitive for 6 or 7 years. i trained almost everyday and had a very high fitness level, but i quit almost a year ago.

i recently went swimming for the first time in ages, and i am nowhere near as fit as i used to be! how much would i have to work out to regain my old fitness level?How can i gain the fitness level i used to have?Just do what you did to get fit the first timeHow can i gain the fitness level i used to have?1-Drink more water

2-try sprint interval training.

3-Stay away from sugar

4-Add more of the following foods to your diet:

Whole grains, olive oil, eggs, natural peanut butter, fish, poultry, berries, apples, almonds, protein powder and water.

5. Add weight training to your exercise routine

6. Buy Multivitamins and fish oils

7. Add more Wild Alaskan salmon to your diet.

8. No Hydrogenated Fats

9-Stop eating before you鈥檙e full

10. Give yoga a try
