In most states, you can simply file a "withdrawal of motion," and request that the court disregard it. Each states' procedure is different, and I don't know exactly what your motion would look like in your state. And some times, you don't just get to withdraw without consequences. You may be requested to dismiss your claims "with prejudice," (meaning that you can't bring them up later). You may be required to pay court costs. But if you want out, you should still be able to get out, one way or another. How to cancel a granted motion to intervene?Yeah, One can always revoke a motion that hasn't been decided yet.
