Which dance type is the most intensive and beneficial to fitness?

Not custom made up dances, but like Tango or Salsa or something.Which dance type is the most intensive and beneficial to fitness?For intensity, jazz, tap, and Latin dancing are all good. Ballet doesn't seem intense, but it is so beneficial for core strength, lengthening and toning all your muscles, improving posture, and just making you feel pretty. Yeah jazz or hiphop.. anything up-beat. Krumping, intense rapid body movements, you'll be sweatin in no time, and its also good because you can release your stress and anger into your dance and it varies from person with their own style and uniqueness

hip hop jazz and crumpin! it gets your heart goin and therefore good exercise!
Ballet, it will give you a long, lean body and a strong core!It is also very beautiful once you get good!!!Ballet will also make you ready for alnost any type of other dance!

i hear anything realy arobic so salsa is probably the best.



the whole point is to raise your heart level and slower dancing just wont do it
As long as you give it your all, all types of dance is benificial to your health :)
