Are there any minors currently a member of Bally Total Fitness?

I'm 16 years old, turning 17 in January. I want to sign up for a membership in Bally Total Fitness. I realize that a part of their rules and regulations state that minors are to be accompanied by an adult. Is this at all times? Or can a guardian simpy sign me in and then leave? If you're a minor using Bally Total Fitness, is an adult with you at all times?Are there any minors currently a member of Bally Total Fitness?I'm not with that fitness class but my private gym that I go to with my trainer your suppose to be 18+ and I'm 16. The minimum membership age to use the club with a parent or guardian is 12. The minimum membership age to use the club without a parent or guardian is 16. Someone at least 18 years old must make the actual membership purchase for a minor in club. Memberships can only be purchased online for someone who is 18 or older. Thanks!
