Can I start the insanity workout if I am a beginner to fitness?

I really want to do the insanity workout, but I am unfit. If I do a workout and stop when I am reaching my limits will I still see results? Or has anyone that was quite unfit successfully completed the workouts?Can I start the insanity workout if I am a beginner to fitness?The Insanity workouts are absolutely demanding and designed for those is good shape. Though lots of unfit people attempt to do the workouts, few succeed. Sure, you can do as Tony Horton always says and "Do your best and forget the rest," but you also risk injury if you are not ready for the program...often starts with the knees or back, so be careful!



Why do Insanity first?



I started with Power 90, then did rounds of P90X, then Insanity and it still kicks my ****. The max circuits are crazy.



Consider another program to build you up first, but sure, you can try it...just be careful. An injury can derail your fitness train.Can I start the insanity workout if I am a beginner to fitness?If you put in your all you will see results.
