Improved lung capacity, improved rate of diffusion, increased stroke volume, decreased resting pulse rate due to a stronger heart, increase in the size of slow/fast twich muscle fibers depending on the type of training, improved efficiency of ATP-PC/Lactic Acid/Aerobic Energy systems depending on the type of training, improved body composition just to name a few :)



2. You feel better, more confident about your body. You feel more energetic.

What are the physiological benefits of being physically active? helps keep your heart healthy, bones are less prone to osteoperosis with solid weight lifting, lung capacity expands, helps lower blood pressure



2. What are the psychological benefits of being physically active? more energy overall, good way to release stress



3. What factors affect your level of fitness? age will definitely be a factor. someone older should gradually incorporate workouts and take into account more rest days compared to someone who's very active at age 20



4. If our bodies are gifts from God, why is a personal healthy active lifestyle important? don't want to get too much into religion but regardless if you believe in God or not, I think you at least owe it to your loved ones especially if you have children to be there for them



5. What are challenges in keeping a physically active lifestyle? I think one of the biggest challenges for many people is staying consisten with both diet and exercise. too many people fall off the wagon too hard and or skip workouts due to laziness.
