I'm going to be getting a personal trainer soon. I have the body type that is thin and really cant gain much muscle or weight. What I want out of a work out is to tone my body and add some muscle, and also get a good cardio workout. I'm just unsure how to turn that general idea into a fitness goal that a personal trainer can use.
