What is your fitness routine for a week for a woman?

Just curious to see what other women's exercise routines are. I joined a gym and try to work out at home as well. I like cardio and weights, etc.What is your fitness routine for a week for a woman?I go to the gym daily. I do cardio for about 40 minutes, then bike (more vigorously) for about 15 just to get my body super warm for weights for calorie burn. Then I do weights and conditioning with a medicine ball for 45 minutes to an hour.What is your fitness routine for a week for a woman?I just do the school runs on foot, which means I am walking a couple of miles each day, Minimum. I also try to swim when I get the chance but that;s not often any more lol. Still it seems to be enough for me. (I am a UK size 8)
