I've started running recently and I was just wondering what else I should be doing to get physically fit and I'm a male so i wanna be nice and ripped hah.How do you start a good fitness program for yourself to stay healthy and whats a good diet to follow that. up?I have always tried to do cardio every other day and building muscle on the opposite days.
