What are some good things to include in a fitness log?

Not including diet. I need some basic idea's, because I'm making one saturday and I'm using starting sunday. I'm already in shape so don't worry about that. Just what are some good things to log?What are some good things to include in a fitness log?Length of workout, weight, location

Mood when started and finished



Body part or parts working out

Exercises for that body part

Weight/Sets/Reps



Cardio today? Yes/No, cardio exercise and duration



Training, nutrition, and supplement notes
