I bought wii Fitness and now my remotes wont work anymore?

Ok so i bought a wii fitness board and it said to synchronize it so i did and it also said to synchronize the wii console so i pressed the button and now my wii remotes dont work??? What can i do to fix it? If you hold down the SYNC. button on the Wii Console for 15 seconds, it will erase all synchronization settings. the only thing to do is sync the Remotes to the Wii again (this time, make sure you hold it for less than 15 seconds).
