I'm renting out a fitness studio to teach classes. What percentage of my profit should I give the owner?

It's a tiny studio. I will be renting it several times a week to teach classes. I can teach about 8-10 max students per session. What percent should I pay?I'm renting out a fitness studio to teach classes. What percentage of my profit should I give the owner? If its an actual fitness studio and the owner doesn't live there and wouldn't have to suffer due to the disturbance. I wouldnt pay he/she anything but the monthly rent charge. If the owner does live there maybe 15%-25%I'm renting out a fitness studio to teach classes. What percentage of my profit should I give the owner?I would try to find out what a typical monthly rent would be for a similar space in the area, and divide it by 30 days to come up with a daily rate. If the space is worth about 1,000/mo, thats $33/day + I would tack on some extra for the convenience of not having to draw up a lease that you are locked into....maybe 50 bucks per session? Good luck. Let us know what you come up with!I'm renting out a fitness studio to teach classes. I agree that if the owner does not stay there and thus is not disturbed then you just need to pay the monthly rent.
