If the space is worth about 1,000/mo, thats $33/day + I would tack on some extra for the convenience of not having to draw up a lease that you are locked into....maybe 50 bucks per session? I agree that if the owner does not stay there and thus is not disturbed then you just need to pay the monthly rent.
