I am thinking of getting one. I am thin, but my ties are fat compared to the rest of my body. Is this gonna help me?
Diets, exercise, tried them all, i lose weight, fat, but not from the ties. The circumferince of 1 tie is bigger then my waste, so I am desperate to get them thinner, and I dont wanna do a liposuction cause they are dangereous.Anyone bought and using a vibrating fitness belt, are you satisfied by the results?What are ties? do you mean THIGHS??
You are probably a pear shape. Combine cardio with strength training and forget about this vibrating belt. Those things went out of style in the 80s (or was it 70s?) for a reason- they don't work!!Anyone bought and using a vibrating fitness belt, are you satisfied by the results?What did you exactly do in your diet and exercise and how long did you follow them for?
