Does anyone think that government subsidized fitness centers would be a good way to reduce health care costs?

I think that if we give people access to club memberships that they currently can't afford, then perhaps the obesity rate would go down, and so would help reverse health problems that relate to the obesity epidemic in America. What do you all think??Does anyone think that government subsidized fitness centers would be a good way to reduce health care costs?I think the government has no business in our personal lives..Make personal responsiblity law. You can't afford a gym,go outside and jog..(it's free) I can't afford it and work 2 jobs, paying MY bills and taking care of my family. No help from anyone and I wish people could understand the government giving you everything comes with a price. What happened to earning something or working for a living?Does anyone think that government subsidized fitness centers would be a good way to reduce health care costs?Giving access and having people use them are two very different things. Convince people to exercise no matter where they do it and we have a healthier people.
