The latest trend in fitness appears to be muscle confusion. But is this really the right way to go?
I think it probably is a good all around workout for novices. And it does get a person ripped. But I question if this makes a person stronger. Is this really the right workout for bodybuilders or those looking to drastically increase their strength?The latest trend in fitness appears to be muscle confusion. If you're looking to add significant muscle and/or strength in the long term, you have to keep working on the 5 'big' lifts: squats, overhead presses, bench presses, deadlifts, rows/chins.The latest trend in fitness appears to be muscle confusion. But is this really the right way to go?Size doesn't mean strength, looking ripped doesn't mean that you are able to lift more.
