Need a plan to get a fitness regiume started slowly to avoid injury. The lipotrim diet made me lose weight but I have now put on more weight from when I started. I need a clear plan if anybody can help to get fit and lose weight fast. I am happy to,do the training needed.How can I get back to Fitness- I am 40 and always was fit. I have put on 3 stone after doing lipotrim.?i hear curves is very good, its not so much of hard work though and zumba its great try it u will love it and just eat lots of healthy foods stay away from bread, pasta, rice . am also having the same problem but since i started doing zumba and cutting down on fatty foods i am losing my weight slowly i can feel it.. try it good luck )-:How can I get back to Fitness- I am 40 and always was fit. I have put on 3 stone after doing lipotrim.?I suggest you get a good eating plan--no sugar is a good way to go, and be sure there's a good balance of protein, fruit and veggies, and low glycemic carbs like brown rice and whole grain breads.
I started with walking. Then I added incline (hills for me, as I walk outdoors) and distance.
From there, I recommend a good gym or a workout dvd you can do at home. I like The Firm. They have an old one I found at Amazon that's just 45 minutes long and has cardio and weight training, a warm up and stretching phase. Every major muscle group gets weight training/exercise. They tend to be low impact, too. (I'm not a rep for them, but I lost 40 pounds after my last baby with The Firm (I think that's about 3 stone, yeah?), so I trust it.)
But there are loads of other workout videos, if you prefer that to the gym.
Drink lots of water, no alcohol, make every calorie count nutritionally. Best thing is to find a workout you like. I prefer outside walking to the treadmill, as I get bored on the treadmill, but everyone is different. If it's a workout you like, you're more likely to stay faithful to it.
That and self discipline...good luck to you!!
