I need help on Re4 wii edition *chapter 5 help*?

okay, i need help.



i am on the island on chapter 5 on Resident evil 4 wii Edition.

i just got ashley back and i need escape, jumped down the vent, Regenrator comes alives.



and i am stuck,



after going down a corridor, i come to a cutscene where loads attack me in a small room with a pit in the middle, the problem is i have absolutly no ammo, apart from about 3 shotgun bullets



Any advice on how to kill these guys will a maximum of 10 shotgun shells and a knife?



or are there any cheats for unlimited ammo?I need help on Re4 wii edition *chapter 5 help*?
Chapter 5 is all about ammo conservation which I don't think I need to tell you at this point. In general, shoot a knee and knife an enemy to death is a good strategy. Or run if you're low on ammo.



Right, the Regenerator. I assume you know that you can use your rifle with special scope found in the lab to reveal its "weak points?" If you don't have a rifle (and I'm right in assuming where you are) you should just be able to avoid the 1st regenerator by running towards the gates and locking him out. But keep your distance since those spikes do have reach.



A 2nd Regenerator will appear after you and Ashley push a crate into the water to cross over. If you can't rifle him then just run past him. You don't need to kill him but you (and Ashley) might take some damage getting to the "wrecking ball" room. I think that's the room you're talking about with the pit in the middle?



Here's the thing about that room. The enemies never stop coming so in some ways that's good. You can get past this part without using too much ammo (um... 3 shotgun shells). I've played the game through a few times and haven't fired a shot in this room, in order to conserve ammo for the rest of Chapter 5. So its possible.



You need to head to the opposite side of the room where there's a small room and a control panel that releases the wrecking ball. Even though Ashley can operate the wrecking ball its better to just have her follow you (don't tell her to wait anywhere... she'll get maimed to death).



You're goal isn't to kill enemies but just to knock them out of the way... usually in the control room before you operate the control panel.



So... the pattern goes... run to the control room, hit the switch to operate the wrecking ball and then run out and circle the pit... You can't operate the wrecking ball controls again until it comes to a full rest so before heading back into the control room to operate the controls again make sure you've waited long enough. Rather, keep running around the pit which will hopefully draw enemies away from the control room.



Can't remember but I think it takes 3 wrecking ball bashes to smash the wall and create an opening. Once there's an opening head towards it and get out.



If you don't have a rifle and special scope, you may be screwed in the next section since there are quite a few Regenerators to deal with. I can't remember if you can avoid them by running away.



I say this only cause before trying the wrecking ball room again, you may want to consider re-loading a saved game from an earlier point and making sure you have a rifle (no upgrades necessary) and locate the special scope in the lab.



No cheats for unlimited ammo... at least not until you finish the game once and buy the infinity rocket launcher or Chicago Typewriter. Both cost a million pesetas if I recall correctly.
